It is a personal health platform that helps individuals store, organise, and access their own health information in one place. Users upload lab reports (PDF or image), which a computer vision OCR pipeline parses to extract and store the values automatically. Advisories are generated algorithmically, drawing only on publicly available recommendations and reference ranges — they are informational to support self-management, not diagnostic. Rather than having to ask an LLM directly and paste in sensitive data, HCNXT has the relevant context built in, together with privacy controls that keep each user's records firmly under their own control. A family module lets a single account manage multiple profiles, useful for caregivers supporting elderly parents or children.

FRCR AI began as a clearly identified gap: radiology trainees preparing for the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) exam had plenty of question banks, but nothing that taught them why an answer was right or wrong, or adapted to what they didn't yet know. Mednex conceived and built a platform that generates examiner-grade Single Best Answer and True/False questions on demand, each with detailed per-option explanations and guideline references. An SM-2 spaced repetition engine schedules review of weak areas automatically, so retention compounds over time rather than fading after a cram session. Roster Monster eliminates the single biggest time sink for operational managers: building staff schedules.
